We Strongly Recommended that you share accommodations, not only to reduce cost but also to ensure more people can attend the Retreat, as the hotel is sure to sell out. Once you register you will get access to the group page where you can look for roommates.

Where to fly into:

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is 5.5 miles, or 15 min, from the Paradise Point Resort. To get to the Resort, you must book a shuttle service or a ride lift service, or book a car rental.

Other options: John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 85 miles away, or 1.5 hrs away. Ontario Airport (ONT) is 113 miles, or 1hr 45 min away.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Yes, you can enjoy the Retreat from the rows closest to the stage! To gain access to this seating section, simply register online for the retreat and select the Premium Seating option. You can also call us at 909-548-0884 and register for premium seating. Premium Seating is limited to the first 40 seats. The Retreat must be paid in full in order to qualify for premium seating. Note: Specific seats with premium seating are not assigned. On the day of the retreat, those with premium seating will be allowed in first, in order to select their seats on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. NOTE: There is no premium seating for AY Prep or AY Levels.

  • For those attending the Retreat, your registration includes Dinner on Thursday night, Friday Lunch, Saturday Lunch, and Sunday Lunch. Meals on your own during the Retreat are: All breakfasts, plus Dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    All meals for AY Prep and AY Levels are on your own.

    The hotel has several on property restaurants, in-room dining, and an on-the-go casual dining. You can also use apps like DoorDash and others to have food delivered.

  • Arrive at the San Diego Airport (SAN):

    Use Uber, Lyft or other ride share services. Taxis are also available.

  • Parking:

    Discounted Overnight Self Parking is $25 a day (discounted from $49).

  • Retreat Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations before March 4th will be subject to a 5% penalty fee for all credit card registrations. The remaining balance will be refunded.

    Any cancellations after March 4th will incur a $350 fee. This fee will go toward covering event and resort expenses already incurred. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Cancellations for individual reservations must be received by the hotel at least seven (7) days prior to arrival or one (1) night’s room and tax will be assessed.

  • A special group page will be shared with all registrants to help you find roommates or arrange sharing of transportation needs. Make sure to register for the Retreat in order to get access to this group.

  • Registration for all events closes on March 9th or as soon as that event is sold out. There is no registration or walk-in at the door for these events.
