We have built this from the ground up, not just so that our future leaders in the organization spread the teachings of Master Choa, far and wide, but also build deeper roots in their communities, while becoming a better representative of the Teachings.

This Summit gathers us at the conclusion of the Arhatic Yoga Retreat to reflect on why we walk this path, what it means to lead, and who we're called to serve.

The 2-day Summit is not enough to dive into the details of how to develop the Leader within.

It is one thing to know what a good leader is, but yet another thing to be one. This requires deliberate practice and maturing over time.

This is why we are creating an online mentoring program to guide you through the “what” and the “how” of Spiritual Leadership.


PART 1: Inner Work - Leadership Mentoring

An online mentoring program built to develop the skills every leader needs — sound decision-making, conflict resolution, communication, presentation skills, and more — all cultivated through the lens of Arhatic Yoga and spiritual leadership principles.

PART 2: Outer Work - Leadership Empowerment

If you are ready to start sharing Pranic Healing to the public, growing your circle of impact beyond friends and loved ones, this portion of the training provides the practical how-to's to run these successfully and sustainably. This involves starting a meditation group, launching a healing clinic, and growing toward becoming an instructor in your area. This is your growth taking visible form.

Whether you’re already a community leader/instructor or just want to be a better representation of the Teachings in your personal and professional life.

Completing this program does not guarantee a leadership position. Each role is earned by meeting its specific qualifications along the way.

WHO IS QUALIFIED

To join, the Summit and the Online Mentoring Program you must:

  • Be a graduate of MCKS Arhatic Yoga® Prep

  • Be a graduate of MCKS Kriyashakti®

  • Graduates can be from anywhere in the World

To be a an official representative of Pranic Healing Events (Meditation Group, Healing Clinics or Classes) in the USA, you must also:

  • Have completed the Associate Pranic Healer (APH) program through USPHC or be enrolled in the upcoming program by November 1, 2026.

  • Reside in the authorized territory of Master Co: West Coast / Midwest area of the USA.

  • It should be about 7-8 hrs per month. There will be recommended books to read, group zoom calls, homework and online video lessons. This is a completely new program, so we plan to adapt it as we go to tailor it to your feedback and needs.

    The Leadership Mentoring program (Inner Work) is an ongoing learning program that you can choose to renew annually as part of your continued growth on the spiritual path.

    For those interested in ultimately being official representatives/leaders within their local Pranic Healing communities (Outer Work), annual renewal of the Leadership Mentoring Program is required as a part of your continuous growth and improvement.

  • Yes, you can. This is an annual program and you will have opportunity to sign up in the Summer of 2027, if that works better for you.

  • Yes, you can. However, we strongly recommend that you attend the Conference as you will be missing out on important content in starting your journey.

  • Those outside of the USA can attend the Spiritual Leadership Summit and the online Spiritual Leadership Mentoring Program, or the Inner Work, since becoming a better instrument is relevant for all Arhatic Yogis anywhere in the World.

    However, the Outer Work, or Spiritual Leadership Empowerment, is only open to students who are in the West Coast/Midwest parts of the USA, that are territories assigned to Master Co.

    If you are not in these areas, please reach out to your local Pranic Healing Centers/Headquarters if you want to help spread Pranic Healing in that area.

  • The Leadership Conference is being facilitated by Master Co and key leaders in our organization.

    The Online Learning Program is being facilitated by Chandan Paramesara, key leaders in our organization and will have specialized trainings by Master Co.

    Our goal is to provide you with the best that our team has to offer based on their experience and training.

  • The cost is an annual fee of $400 by the biggest discount deadline. This program is renewable annually with fresh content being added each year.
